The pattern “추천해 주실래요?” is a polite way to ask for recommendations or suggestions from someone.

This then converts to the polite form 추천해 주시다 (by adding ‘-시-‘ between 주 and 다). Following this, the sentence-closing ending ‘-(으)ㄹ래요?’ (would you like to) is added, giving the meaning of a suggestion: 추천해 주실래요? (please give me a recommendation = can you recommend?).
